Are there shuttle buses from the show hotels to the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center?
Yes, shuttle buses will be provided to and from three hotels as follows:
Shuttle Bus Schedule from three hotels:
- Holiday Inn Express – 15 West 45th Street
- The Muse = 130 West 46th Street
- Westin – 270 West 43rd Street
1 Route – 3 hotels: Shuttle loops continuously during the hours below:
- Sunday 7:30am – noon (inbound), 3-7pm (outbound)
- Monday 7:30am – noon (inbound), 2-6pm (outbound)
When will I receive my attendee badge?
If you selected to have your badge mailed, you will receive your badge approximately two weeks prior to the event.
What is the Express Badge option and how does it work?
Express badge is an option available only for attendees and conferees. When you select the Express Badge option your badge will not be mailed to you prior to the show. You will instead receive an email confirmation with your personal barcode that will allow you to print your badge at the show from one of our Express Badge Kiosks located in the Registration Area at the show. Please remember to bring your confirmation letter with personalized barcode with you to the show.
What are the Conference and exhibit hall dates and times?
Exhibit Hall:
Sunday, 10:00am – 6:00pm
Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm
Conference:
Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
Sunday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
Monday, 9:00am – 3:00pm
Student Hours
Monday, 3:00pm - 5:00pm only*
*Students must register in advance of event.

What is the Spa & Resort/Medical Aesthetics Conference & Expo hotel reservation deadline?
The deadline is August 16, 2008 if you are paying by credit card. If you are guaranteeing your reservation by check, it must be received no later than July 25th (for more information click on Hotel/Travel).
