Continuing Medical Credits for Medical Professionals


This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas of policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the Elsevier Office of Continuing Medical Education (EOCME) and Reed Exhibitions. The EOCME is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education (CME) for physicians.

The EOCME designates this continuing medical education activity for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s) tm. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

As a sponsor accredited by the ACCME, it is the policy of the EOCME to require the disclosure of anyone who is in a position to control the content of an educational activity. All relevant financial relations with any commercial interest and/or manufacturers must be disclosed at the beginning of each activity.

Eight to ten weeks after the conclusion of the Spa & Resort/Medical Aesthetics Conference & Expo your CME credits will be mailed to the address we have on file.

 

Continuing Education Credits for Massage Therapists


NCBTMB

Massage Therapists will receive their hours of accreditation through certified educators of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. NCBTMB is an independent, private, nonprofit organization formed to set high standards of ethical and professional practice through a recognized, credible credentialing program. NCBTMB also promotes the worth of National Certification to the public and the profession, maintains the quality of the National Certification Program, and requires continuing education to keep practitioners current with advances in the field. NCBTMB certifies massage therapists and body workers on behalf of the profession for the benefit of consumers, employers and practitioners.

These credits will be awarded at the end of your conference session by your educators.

 

NCEA Continuing Education Credits for Estheticians


Estheticians will receive their hours of accreditation through the National Coalition of Estheticians Association. The mission of the NCEA is to represent and protect the esthetic and related professions while conveying proper standards of practice, and educating the industry and the public.
